We collect only what you choose to send us, we use it to respond to you and to do our work, and we don't sell it to anyone. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party ad trackers.
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the information you provide: your name, email address, and message, plus your company and phone number if you include them. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard technical data such as IP addresses for security and rate-limiting purposes.
Data shared with us during a consulting engagement is governed by the engagement agreement (and NDA, where one is in place), which takes precedence over this policy. As a baseline: client data is used only to deliver the engagement, access is limited to the people doing the work, and we document our data-handling choices in writing as part of every project.
If we've written to you about our services and you'd rather not hear from us, every such email includes an unsubscribe link — one click and we won't contact you again. You can also just reply and say so.
We keep correspondence for as long as it's useful for the working relationship. If you'd like us to delete what we have on you, email contact@naperian.io and we'll confirm once it's done.
