Every project we run sits in one of four shapes. Each is scoped to fit inside the time, budget, and attention span of a real operating business — and each is built around a measurable change you can point to when it's done.

The shape of the engagement should fit the shape of the problem. We keep the menu short on purpose.

Fixed fees, by default.

Every engagement is scoped, priced, and quoted before kickoff. You know what you're paying and we know what we're delivering. If the scope shifts, we re-quote in writing — no surprise invoices.

Retainers for ongoing work.

For clients who want us close to the operation — design reviews, optimization, new initiatives, on-call advisory — a monthly retainer gives you a senior practitioner in the building without a full hire.

One project at a time.

We work with a deliberately small number of clients at once. It's the only way to ship work that actually lands. If we're full, we'll tell you, and we'll tell you when we're free.

First conversation, no obligation.

Before any engagement, we spend an hour together to understand whether the fit is real. If it isn't, you leave with notes, a few honest opinions, and zero invoice. We'd rather pass than over-promise.
